Barangay Sta. Lucia is situated at the central part of San Juan city, Metro Manila. It is bound on the North by Barangay Onse, and on the South by Barangay Maytunas. Barangay Kabayanan lies on its west while Barangay Little Baguio lies on its east.
Based on 2015 data, Barangay Sta. Lucia has a population of 7657, and has a total land area of 31.0635 hectares.

The area inside the borderline is Barangay Sta. Lucia. Within this area, there are 3 points that are marked namely A, B, and C. Point A is the exact area where we conducted the experiment. Point B is the area where another group performed their experiment. Point C is an arbitrary point within the barangay provided by our Math teacher, Mr. Anjo Ortega. We then connected the three points to form a triangle.
